4 eggs, whisked
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, seeded and minced
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil
Few coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to tasteInstructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan and green chillies and onions, fry until light brown.
2. Add turmeric, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat and add the eggs. Cook stirring constantly until the eggs are well cooked.
