gram flour (besan)
finely chopped onion and green chilies
red chili powder and turmeric if desired
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
Add all the ingredients and make thick batter by adding water as required. Heat oil and add a teaspoon of batter and fry till golden brown. Tastes good with tomato ketchup and curd.
